We're RnJ Sports, a speciality running and tennis store that has been serving the Washington, Maryland, and Virginia area for almost 40 years. We started off in 1976 in Bethesda, MD, and since then have expanded to Rockville, MD and built an online store as well as mail order line. Our goal here to provide our customers with a shoe that is not only just comfortable, but supportive and highly effective for each individual persons foot type.  We offer great deals on some of the biggest brands out there, and offer a fantastic selection of sizes as well as widths.

We're writing this blog to help educate the global running community. Our goal is to educate runners everywhere on how the foot works and how the current shoes on the market work as well.
